1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BoundaryIQ API, website, and related services (“Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts & Eligibility

• You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• You’re responsible for all activity under your account, including API key security.

3. Acceptable Use

• Don’t attempt to disrupt, overload, or misuse the Service, or reverse engineer code or data.
• Don’t exceed your plan’s rate limits or use the Service for unlawful purposes.
• We may monitor for abuse and rate-limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Plans, Billing & Taxes

• Subscriptions are billed in advance per your selected plan via Stripe.
• Taxes, if applicable, are additional and will be charged where required.
• You can change or cancel your plan at any time via the billing portal.

5. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur. Check our status page for updates.

6. Intellectual Property

BoundaryIQ owns the Services and all related IP. You retain ownership of your data. By submitting feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive right to use it to improve the Services.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BoundaryIQ will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or if your account is inactive, delinquent, or poses a risk to the Service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
