Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account info: name, email, company.
• Usage logs: endpoint, status code, latency, and your API key ID (not the secret), plus optional query parameters for debugging (e.g., layers).
• Billing info: handled by Stripe; we don’t store full card numbers.

How we use data

• Provide and improve the Service, enforce rate limits, prevent abuse.
• Send transactional emails (sign-in links, billing notices).
• Respond to support requests.

Retention

Usage logs are retained per our maintenance policy (see Docs). Billing records are retained per legal and tax requirements.

Security

• Transport encryption (HTTPS/TLS) for all endpoints.
• API keys are stored as hashes; secrets are only shown once on creation.
• Administrative access is restricted and audited.

Your choices

• Rotate or deactivate API keys anytime in the app.
• Unsubscribe from non-essential emails (if/when applicable).
• Request account deletion by contacting support.

Subprocessors

We use reputable providers for infrastructure, analytics, and billing (e.g., Microsoft Azure, Stripe). We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.
